Michael Kochis, MD, EdM is a general surgery resident at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He is currently in his professional development time completing a Surgical Education Research Fellowship and participating in clinical outcomes research with faculty at Mass General for Children. He completed his undergraduate studies at Princeton University and medical degree at Harvard Medical School, where he also earned a master's degree in education. He aspires for a career in academic pediatric surgery with significant involvement in surgical education both in his institution and nationally. He will apply for pediatric surgery fellowships in the 2025-26 cycle.
