Dr. Nchinda is a pediatric surgery research fellow at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Her research interests include systems-based quality improvement and quality of life metrics in patients with congenital aerodigestive malformations. Dr. Nchinda is also completing a Master of Public Health in Health Services-Health Systems and Policy at the University of Washington School of Public Health. She is pursuing pediatric surgery fellowship and is interested in a career in academic surgery and surgeon-advocacy.
