Andrew Mudreac, MD is originally from Chicago, IL. He earned his bachelor's degree in neuroscience from the University of Miami and his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He is a general surgery resident at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell currently conducting research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in Dr. Peranteau's lab. He intends on pursuing a career in pediatric surgery. His basic science interest is in utero gene therapy and his clinical research interests include surgical outcomes, quality and process improvement, and surgical education.
