Shruthi Srinivas, MD, MPH is a third year general surgery resident at Ohio State Unversity, hoping to pursue a career in pediatric surgery. She completed two years of pediatric colorectal surgery focused research at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH under the mentorship of Richard Wood, MD. She will be in the match for pediatric surgery in the upcoming cycle. In her spare time, she likes running as far as humanly possible, exploring the role of pediatric surgeons in attaining space flight, and building furniture for her friends and family.
