Dr. Berman is a Professor of Surgery and Pediatrics at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a pediatric surgeon at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. She serves as Director of Surgical Quality and Safety and surgical director of the NICU at Nemours Children’s Hospital-DE. She is also the program director of the pediatric surgery fellowship and pediatric surgery research/quality and safety fellowship.
