John Woodward is a General Surgery Resident at the University at Buffalo who has completed two clinical years of training. He is currently in his professional development time working as a Research Fellow with the Pediatric Surgery Research Group at Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, NY, while concurrently obtaining a Master’s of Science in Health Professions Education at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions Education (MGH IHP). He obtained his Medical Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2021. John is an avid outdoorsman who can be found in the Greater New York/New England Mountains trail running, hiking, camping, skiing, and mountain biking.
