Postdoctoral researcher
The Hospital for Sick Children
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
I am a Research Fellow/Associate in the Translational Medicine Program at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. I earned my Ph.D. in Cell and Developmental Biology from University College London, UK, where I studied neural crest development. During my postdoctoral training at SickKids, my research explores intestinal epithelial regeneration, neuro-immune interactions, and stem cell-based therapies for necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) and Hirschsprung disease. Through this work, I aim to uncover fundamental mechanisms of gut injury and repair to develop innovative therapies for neonatal and pediatric gut health.
